Investigation of the application of a magnetic abrasive finishing process using an alternating magnetic field for finishing micro-grooves

چکیده

A magnetic abrasive finishing process using an alternating field is proposed for the of complex surfaces. In field, periodic changes in current will cause cluster used as a brush to fluctuate, which not only continuously replace particles contact with workpiece, but also periodically adjust shape better fit surface workpiece. this paper, influence combination and static fields on area analyzed. The feasibility micro-grooves investigated. Simulations experimental measurements show that can retain advantages while increasing flux density area. results feasible micro-grooves, excellent deburring effect groove edges.
